We had a great experience and meal at Skogen! They have a very good wine list, and we really enjoyed the octopus, lobster bun, egg ravioli, and steak tartare taco apps. Our table had a variety of entrees including the bison short ribs, the mushroom risotto topped with lobster, and the beef filet with a beautiful sauce and potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly! The desserts were also delicious especially the butter cake! To enjoy a restaurant in the hills that serves this level...
Really not much else to say than WOW. Had the Wagyu and I don't think I chewed it. It just melted in my mouth. Then I had the rum cake and it was divine. Both were balanced perfectly and everything on the plate made sense. Service was excellent too.
