Went in for their brisket special. Absolutely amazed. Their sides are fantastic too. People in my party said their steak was really good as well. Would definitely recommend. Very fair pricing. Friendly service. We will be going back for sure!!
Went with the wife last night. My steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it. The wife's chislic (steak bites) was excellent. Had onion rings as an appetizer. They are hand made and delicious. 10/10 we will definitely be making it a regular stop.
We had Reid cater a company event, and boy did he nail it! The food was amazing!!!! Ya gotta have his brisket, burnt ends, cheesy hashbrowns, baked beans & peach cobler!! All of it, the best weve had!! Everyone complemented how good it was!! We always enjoy the food and service and company at Prairie Fire! Thanks so much guys!
