What an amazing experience... we will definitely be back to Snitches. This was kind of random, as my wife had heard about the restaurant and wanted to try it, really with no idea of what it was all about. The food quality and obvious top notch attention to detail and care that the staff take make this my go to spot in Deadwood. You have to give this place a try if you stop through town!
Not their best effort or experience. We ordered the exact same thing... two filets medium. One came cooked completely through and beyond well done. And the other was rare. Not sure how that happens. The waitress seemed a bit confused over how to deal with it. Not her fault, she should have been trained better. We kept the rare one and they prepared a new one for the well done one. We have eaten here often in the past and the service and food has been great until the last two times....
