“I had the pleasure of trying the Honduras and Honduras White Chocolate Macadamia Nut coffees. These two have become a favorite in our house! The Honduras itself is smooth, light-bodied, with just the right amount of acidity to make this a great coffee for anytime of day. It has subtle sweetness that pairs well with a splash of cream for a busy morning. While I did not pair it with any food, I know it would be excellent with anything chocolate…even for breakfast! While the Honduras is great on its own, the added flavor of white chocolate macadamia nut takes this blend to another level. The sweetness of the flavor and the pleasant aroma make this an excellent dessert coffee anytime of day! Overall, these blends were very enjoyable and we look forward to trying other coffees from Borderlands Coffee Co!”
