I had the pleasure of trying the Honduras and Honduras White Chocolate Macadamia Nut coffees. These two have become a favorite in our house! The Honduras itself is smooth, light-bodied, with just the right amount of acidity to make this a great coffee for anytime of day. It has subtle sweetness that pairs well with a splash of cream for a busy morning. While I did not pair it with any food, I know it would be excellent with anything chocolate…even for breakfast!

I tried the Honduras white chocolate macadamia from Borderlands Coffee Co, and it did not disappoint. The aroma alone is incredible. Slightly nutty, with a soft sweetness that pulls you in before the first sip.

This is an easy favorite for slow mornings or pairing with baked goods (especially anything citrusy or buttery). You can tell it was roasted with care—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully done.
