“Silver Spur is a great place to eat! The minute we walked we were greeted and offered a seat! Within moments a server came and took our drink order. We received our drinks within minutes and order was taken at the same time! Food came out in a reasonable amount of time! DELICIOUS! Our server came and checked on us and split checks when we asked! MUCH BETTER THAN CREEKSIDE!! Will definitely come back and will recommend!!“

“I'm sure they do a great job all day long, but I have only been there later in the evening and it is an Oasis for a thirsty and hungry traveler. There is not much open in Pierre later into the evenings. Being able to stop in the Chuckwagon late at night and get not just a drink but some simple and tasty bar food is wonderful. Service is steady, friendly but not always fast. Hard to find folks willing to work late nights in a small city. The folks they have there are great and work really hard. I'm a very occasional out of town visitor and the times I've been there both the staff and the regulars were really warm and friendly.“

“We stopped in for lunch, the food was some of the best we had since visiting pierre! The waitress was amazing. The atmosphere is great but it is very dark in here.
If we were ever in town again this would be the place we would go to.“
