I would never do a wine subscription from here, the customer service is horrible, the excuses they make are horrible. My money was taken from my account the beginning of November! It is now 1/4. I finally called afree multiple emails and Calls! And talked to a girl named Beth, that mind you was suppose to email me and call me back and never did! She said she sent an email, it came back, mind you! My PHONE NUMBER was attached to the email! She could have called as I was told multiple times she would! She said this happened to more than 4 states, with that being said an email or communication would be nice. They couldn’t even do that. No offering of a discount, since this all on their end, there was nothing to help the problem at all! Not one once of remorse, she didn’t even try to make things right for me to continue to be a customer! Don’t ever plan on your wine arriving on time. Better yet! Don’t do it! Worst communication and wine subscription ever.

We really enjoyed our stop here. To the parents saying the t-shirts are inappropriate (you came to naughti wines, what did you expect? Get a sense of humor. )The shirts and slogans are hilarious, naughty yes but awesome. We had a great time, it was busy when we arrived but the gal behind the counter did excellent even though she was a bit overwhelmed. She got our order right, we had the pizza and wings which was delicious, I had a dry wine flight, the "dominatrix" pinot was my favorite. Hubby liked the aces of eight beer, our kids enjoyed pizza and the game corner then a nice kids ice-cream flight.Little bit of something for everyone unless you're a serious person, then just go somewhere else.Family friendly, playful atmosphere, we met the brewer and his kids he was super friendly our kids played and had a great time.Lovely patio when the weather is warm. We'll be back next time!Maybe add a customer suggestion box for names? We think y'all need an "afterglow". :-)

Interesting mix of winery and brewery. Not sure it works. Didn't try the wine. Had a few beers. Small pours. Had a nitro stout that had little or no carbonation. My wife's peach heffy was the same. Disappointing. The sandwich however was really good. Very limited menu but what they have is really good. Not sure we'd go back.

We arrived just as they were closing and they were so generous to allow us in to buy a few bottles of wine.

We stopped at their place in deadwood yesterday. The bearded guy with the glasses that served us was amazing. Today we stopped at their place in Hill City (08-20-23) not sure the lady‘s name that was working but she was horrible, zero personality, rude, and very unwelcoming. Drinks were still great but service was nothing compared to yesterday!

Visited Naughti Wines aka Sick & Twisted for the first time today. I wanted to do a white wine tasting and my husband wanted to try the Cabernet.. There were no paper listings for the tasting as is common in most wineries. The woman at the bar said she had all the wines in her head and that only certain ones were available for tasting. I was hoping to do a tasting that would include the Cabernet but that didn't seem to be possible. She said I could do a semi-sweet white tasting of 6 wines. I didn't want to do that so I ordered a glass of their Riesling which was good and my husband ordered a glass of Cabernet which he said was ok. Then we were going to order some food for a light supper. The charcuterie plate was $29.95 and she made it sound like it was huge and too much for a light supper. We ordered it anyway and when it came, it was a medium size charcuterie plate and we were both hungry when it was finished. Through our whole experience there, she was pretty cold and condescending. I have been to many wineries, including some of the top ones in Napa Valley, and have never, ever been treated like this. The 2 stars are for the wine--service gets a zero.

Winery advertised free wine tastings, yet the staff/owners didn't want to give more than one sample and acted annoyed that we even asked for another, she actually said "you get one more" and rolled her eyes. Dont advertise this if you arent willing to offer it. The wine tasted fine, but when the business acts like they dont want you there it doesn't make me want to stay or purchase anything. We also ordered pizza there, our pizza came out pretty late and the rest of the group was about done eating. The lady that brought out pizzas seemed frustrated that no one gave us plates...apparently someone failed to do their job? Lol, not sure why this needed to be stated out loud. Overall, just not good vibes from this place, our whole group was put off by the poor service and attitudes of the staff. Ended up leaving pretty quick after we ate lunch there, and went to another winery that had outstanding service and didnt act bothered when we tried wines, even got free 5 samples and bought 2 bottles.

Stopped in for wine tasting. The server didn't give us a wine list or any options of what to try. We got 6 tastings that were supposed to be 3 oz but were 1 oz at most. Wine tasting in a plastic stemless glass that we were told we could keep. We were the only customers there and the server was pretty invested in a sports game and kept yelling at the TV. Wine was average. Experience was terrible. There are 2 other wine tasting rooms within 1 mile of this place. Go to them.

The wine was excellent, left with 2 bottles and a shirt. The first gal we talked to was rude, condescending and wanted to be anywhere but there explaining the process. The 2nd gal was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately to little to late. Won't go back nor will I recommend it.

A welcoming and fun establishment located in Hill City. Upscale and accommodating. My wife had a wine, vodka, lemonade cocktail that was very fun and refreshing. If you are driving by, stop in.
