After a long day of travel, Buffalo Steakhouse was a surprisingly good place to have a meal. We went on a Saturday night at 6:30 pm and there was no one when we sat down. The waitress told us it would be fine to sit at the patio (enclosed from any trail) so our child could stretch and wander. She was very good about coming back to check on us for drinks and appetizers, ordering food, checking, and paying. This is a small town so you can't expect a 5 star restaurant. The place was very plain inside, maybe 12 tables, but the waitress is the only one there and works very hard. She waited on everyone as fast as she could. I would say the service was great, but not able to take her time to talk to us about possible hauntings or history in the building. The food was good. A good experience. Old building, historic town. Would come back.
