The food was incredible, truly one of the best meals I think I have ever had. Locally sourced ingredients and farm to table with elegance. I travel for work and select organic meals and Buffalo Dreamer exceeded my expectations. Healthy and delicious, who would have thought such fine dining experience were available in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Their food is phenomenal! And crafted with a bumper crop of crearivity and enthusiasm! Kudos to the chef and staff for one of the best meals I've eaten.Also, I should note that the servers were very attentive, and the drink selection was satisfying. (Don't skip desert, either--yum!)

Is it possible that one of the best meals in the U.S. is in a small South Dakota town, Hot Springs? The prix-fixe dinner was a delight, from the creative flavors -- like blinis with super-tender buffalo and bechamel sauce -- to the locally sourced ingredients to the superb service and lovely venue.
