“I've had the privilege of knowing Rick and two of his sisters since the late 1970's and his Chili was a huge hit with the Milw Road Tie Gang then when he was getting started. 43 years later I popped into Ricks and had a very nice visit with Rick again and the Chili was just as good now as it was 43 years ago.
