“I grew up in SSC and this is a hidden gem, if you've never been it's definitely a must try. Not only are the owners incredibly friendly, the whole set up is just simply breathtaking. There's seating inside and outside, outside features a small patio area with a waterfall pond with fish! They also have an Airbnb visible from the outside seating area that is just adorable - a treehouse and hobbit house. The cinnamon rolls were delicious and I think everyone finished their drink of choice. We will definitely be back anytime we're visiting the area.“
“Very friendly staff. Had chicken salad on baguettes and a little side salad with chicken and a vinaigrette dressing. With slices of cucumber. The meal was very tasty. Neat little place. Not a big place, but the music was great and had a nice vibe to it.“
“I was a little scared when I ordered a quad Americano and the barista asked "what's that mean"? The coffee was ok, but definitely not the draw. The doughnuts were, as the kids these days say, "feugo". No frills. No silly shapes, no bacon or captain crunch. Just a round doughnut with maple, glaze, or chocolate. Sprinkles, nuts, or plain are available. Just a little crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. They definitely do donuts right.“
“We were in Sioux City for a short time for our Valentine's Day getaway.Looking for somewhere to get a breakfast and we love to visit local shops including coffee shops.We found the bright side cafe by searching Google for breakfast sandwiches.My husband went in and ordered us food. He got me a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and he got a breakfast burrito.We ended up having to wait for almost 30 minutes for our food and unfortunately by the time I got mine my sandwich was soggy and the bottom part of it was pretty much inedible.Will give it a try again when we're in the area. Otherwise the atmosphere is awesome and my husband enjoyed his burrito.“

“I LOVE Scooters and am a die hard Scooters girl! I love my blended carmelicious with whip cream and caramel drizzle! They staff is always super nice and pleasant when I go even when they get slammed. Sometimes it is a very long line. I have had their everything bagel sandwich and I love it (when they make sure it is fully cooked) it's definitely frozen and microwaved because awhile back in took a big bite out of mine and it was still hard and cold in the center and kind of ruined them for me for awhile. But that's honestly the only bad experience I had had and have been going here for years.“
“I ordered here for a large party and when I requested to pay separately for every person, the cashier was very helpful. She wasn't annoyed at all and was very nice. So customer service was great! The service was also very quick since everyone's food was ready in about 15 minutes. I got the chicken avocado bacon panini. This was a decent sandwich, which also came with mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. The chicken was a tad dry but overall, it was tasty and healthy. They also have soup of the day so make sure to ask them what their specials are. And they have a great selection of coffees/smoothies which are very yummy so be sure to check out the menu! The environment inside was very relaxed and seemed like a quiet place to get some work done, or to even meet up with friends!“
“Not only was I able to find several great gluten free options on their menu, but I was also pleasantly surprised at the impressive customer service. I had an issue with Door Dash and they were very gracious and helped me sort it out. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast sandwich was awesome too. I highly recommend!“
