Is it really hard to not constantly mess up a single item? I order one item everytime I visit, just one each time. A single item and each time the flavor is either wrong, there's topping when there shouldn't be, or its missing ingredients.... its one item..... I dont understand.

I genuinely thought I had accidentally pulled into a silent retreat instead of a coffee shop. Ordered our drinks, forgot to ask for straws (human mistake, I know), and by the time we realized, the window was shut and the baristas had vanished like we’d just said their shift ended early. We waited, made eye contact, tried to politely exist… nothing. Finally gave a little honk just to get their attention and you would’ve thought we asked them to rebuild the entire store from scratch. The level of inconvenience in that walk back to the window was truly Oscar-worthy. Meanwhile, the other barista served us a look that could curdle milk faster than their espresso machine. Judging by other reviews, this isn’t a one-off experience, which is honestly impressive in its own way. Consistency is key, I guess. Also, the coffee tasted bitter. Hope this helps!

I went through drive through. Bought a cappucino and blueberry cream cheese croissant. Very good. Will be back soon to try more!!

Near perfect iced vanilla matcha latte, not filled to the top with ice to cheat you. Baked goods were absolutely on point. Soft and flake blueberry cream cheese croissant. Cookies great!

I use to love the place, but with my last two visits cant say I do, or would I recommend it again. They changed their closing time without changing it on Google. Even then, got there 10 minutes before closing just to have the person up front rudely tell me they close earlier now. Apparently the other thing they serve 10 minutes before closing is a attitude.

There coffee may be good but flirting with any man that walks through the door is a huge turn off for me. Work for your tips girl, leave the men alone. I think her name starts with a G, I dont know we won't be going back.

What a wonderful find while we were out walking from our hotel!! I had a delicious blended berry smoothie and a blueberry muffin. My muffin was warm and delicious!! If I'm ever in this area again, it'll be a must stop to make! Very clean and superior service!!!! Thank you 😊
Went in today for lunch.. not good. Our açaí bowl was completely melted, it was basically water I wish I could submit a video. We also got a buffalo chicken wrap that consisted of one piece of chicken.. idk when this type of service was normalized.
