“I recently stopped by J’s Nutrition in North Sioux City and was thoroughly impressed. I tried the 24 oz Banana Nut Bread protein shake with a caramel drizzle, recommended by Molly, and it was absolutely delicious. With 24 grams of protein, it’s a satisfying and nutritious option. 

The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. J’s Nutrition offers a variety of health-focused beverages, including loaded teabombs, protein shakes, and protein iced coffee, making it a great addition to the Riverside and North Sioux communities. It’s wonderful to support a local business that genuinely cares and knows about the community.

“Delicious and beautiful drinks! The drinks have the BEST ice too - (like the “soft” Sonic style ice!). Super friendly service, they are great at explaining the different options and flavors. Definitely recommend!!! I love that they have “add on” options including caffeine, protein, boba, and so much more! I love that they do deliveries to local businesses as well. So convenient!“
