“I was in the Purple Pigeon about a month ago. I wanted a good cup of coffee and a place to sit and reflect on the day. My grandma had just passed. As, I sat waiting for my coffee I struck up a conversation with the owner. We shared a lovely and impactful conversation together. It was just what I needed in that moment of sadness. Two weeks later I returned to Chamberlain for my grandma's memorial service. After the service my daughter, sister-in-law, and niece grabbed some coffee and conversation. The owner, greeted me as if we had known one another for a long time, and enquired about how I was doing. It was refreshing and note worthy she remember my face and the reason I was in her coffee shop a couple of weeks prior. Not only was the coffee delicious, but the caring heart of a stranger was greatly appreciated. Thank you.”

“Subway is always one of my son's favorite stops. He has a lot of food dislikes, as a picky eater he prefers his food made custom to his preference. He always gets a 6 inch on white bread, ham and American cheese with pepperoni, toasted.
We really enjoy their place, wish they were open on Sundays. I wish soup was always available!

“McDonald's is always a clean and relaxing place to stop and eat. But, the new kiosk inside is ridiculous. They never seem to work. I always have to ask for help. I end up having to go the "old way" and order from the register after it is all said and done. I feel more like a product on an assembly line than a guest / customer.”
