Very impressed with the speed and accuracy with which we were served. We brought our church group of 29 people in there late afternoon. They were friendly, it was clean and I was very happy with the service we received. It was already very busy when we got there and they kept on going and we were out of there in about an hour. There was also a nice employee named Mary who got us ketchup and napkins. What a blessing to be served by your wonderful staff.
I don’t usually like Arby’s but this one seems different. The food wait was a little long but it doesn’t really matter. I love that they gave me a free shake because my food was taking a while. The staff seemed really friendly. The bathrooms were nice when we went. I think it’s a little strange that it’s connect to the store. I’m not a fan of Arby’s food but everything else was great. :)

This is a place I always stop by on the way west river. It’s a solid restaurant even if their service is subpar. I’ll admit, I only stop their for the hot food and the nostalgia.
