Their staff could really work on their customer service and stop arguing and lying to customers. When a sauce isn't wanted on a sandwich, limited time only or not that should be honored not argued and lied about saying it's "company policy" that the sauce cannot be taken off a sandwich. All fast food restaurants honor removing sauce or veggies on an item, the only reason it wouldn't be able to be done is if it's like the chicken pecan salad and it's all mixed together but sandwiches...read full review
customer service needs help. I know every where is short staffed. the lady with purple hair was visibly upset you could hear cuss. I had asked for sauces when I placed the order. looked in bag NO NAPKINS OR SAUCE. I asked for them . she hot irritated because I Asked for napkins. go figure . than asked for the sauce. I thought it was common sense to put napkins in the bag or even give a receipt. didn't dare ask for that.
I placed my order in the drive-through. A person taking my order repeated it back to me. It was correct. When I got to the window, the lady at the window repeated an order that was not mine. I told her that it wasn't mine and told her what I had ordered. She was confused. I again told her what I had ordered. She called the manager over.
