Never bats an eye lash at some my requests.Parking: There's several surrounding the building. 5 on the main entrance side, another 3-4 towards the dumpster, parking along the back, drive thru window side, and 6? Or so spots in front of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessible parking spots as well as entrance and bathrooms.“
“I rarely ever do fast food, and I despise drive thrus. Very rarely dose the intercom system back and forth work at any drive thru these days to where either side can make out what was said or you get the person taking the order who mumbles. I was very pleasantly surprised to find their intercom system works wonderfully, and the lady taking orders was so pleasant and spoke so clearly! My food was hot and tasted fantastic! Thank you to your awesome crew! Keep up the great work!“

I had a difficult time getting one of the staff to help but one individual saw I was having difficulty and came from the back to help. Thank you to the taller male with light curly hair and glasses for taking the initiative to help me. “Probably the nicest Arby's I've been to traveling coast to coast. The staff were the friendliest I encountered at any restaurant or fast food place I've been to in Rapid and had zero complaints about my orders. I came in 3 times in one week and the lady working the counter remembered my name. Kudos to the employees and franchisee.“
