NEW Blaze Fast-Fire'd Folds are based on the concepts of Italian calzones and strombolis. The first flavor introduced nationally is the NEW Spicy Pepperoni Fold. Is made with the same house-made fresh dough that is the base for our pizzas. The dough perfectly envelops a melty mix of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, oregano, garlic, jalapeños, savory pepperoni, our house-made spicy red sauce, and your choice of either spicy heat or spicy sweet drizzles. It is served it with 2 side cups of red sauce.

Pizza was cooked perfect .Crisp fresh salad . Meatballs were delicious .Cheesy pesto garlic bread sticks yummy. It was very busy but all the employees were friendly and polite and working hard yet never loss their cool. Every time we are in Rapid City this is a must stop

Blaze is always the best chain pizza in town. Hands down I will fight someone. The only con to this visit is that they must be short on people. Waited about 20 min in line to order but the food was still amazing.

Build your own pizza, including vegan cheeze, spicy vegan chorizo, and lots of good veggies. The build your own option includes unlimited toppings. All three of us got exactly what we wanted.
