I went to the lacrosse st Burger King for the fiery mozzarella sticks they can’t get it right at all they were cold and gave me the original. So I went to this one they were super nice and I got the right ones there were hot and I had no wait, and they came in the right box. By far the best Burger King in town.
Okay, your employees need to do better! Lately I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. Tonight I made a mobile order and I asked the drive thru cashier to exchange the sesame seed bun on the Whopper out for a potato bun because I can't have seeds and she didn't relay the message and my whopper has the seed bun. I checked it before we left and I took it back in and they made me one with the right bun.

Unsure if this location (off Sheridan Road, Rapid City) is just overworked and understaffed or what. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Workers acted like we were invisible. Slow service, food placed on counter, but meal # not called out.Don't plan on going back.
