Okay, your employees need to do better! Lately I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. Tonight I made a mobile order and I asked the drive thru cashier to exchange the sesame seed bun on the Whopper out for a potato bun because I can't have seeds and she didn't relay the message and my whopper has the seed bun. I checked it before we left and I took it back in and they made me one with the right bun.

They need to add an option to swap...

Unsure if this location (off Sheridan Road, Rapid City) is just overworked and understaffed or what. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Workers acted like we were invisible. Slow service, food placed on counter, but meal # not called out.Don't plan on going back.

Fast food restaurants frequently get orders wrong. In all of the times that I've been here, they have never gotten my order incorrect. I'm very particular about what I want on a hamburger, and they have always delivered it, exactly how I ordered it. Their customer service is amazing, the staff has always been friendly and courteous.
