I believe “hailey” and the manager on shift who was there for one day to “help” gave the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Did not repeat back a large order, A customer was given a half eaten burger and all of her $30 order was all wrong and ruined. Ernest continues to have great customer service and is polite. The location, situated near an interstate interchange, has a large parking lot. Although the staff was swamped and understaffed, they were able to clear all of their tickets and recover. Justin jumped on and off the line to accommodate the register and kept the burgers moving.
