I stopped in today and witnessed something that really stuck with me. An employee walked out during the middle of the shift, and despite being understandably overwhelmed, the lady who was left on her own kept doing everything she could to take care of every customer. She was in tears, yet she continued working hard and treating people with kindness.

At 1220pm, prime time lunch hour, only one person working. The young lady working and customers were both frustrated. It's hard to believe that the management here would only have one person working during lunch.
