The employees are rude Lacy in particular was very rude on the phone. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. Can't even read an order ticket you will not get what you order here. STAY AWAY!!!!

Today there were 2 people that I greatly appreciated at this location. Unfortunately one of my sandwiches was made COMPLETELY wrong. When I started my lunch break at work is when I noticed. The main girl there after Alex left for the day remade my sandwich with no problems and personally made sure it was made properly. It was delicious and I greatly appreciate her doing that. She was so friendly and a great employee...i can't remember her name and I apologize for that so I hope she knows who she is. She wasn't rude or snarky about making it right. I will be back very soon. Thank you for the outstanding service today

So I ordered a couple foot long sub sandwiches online ... The order never arrived. So I called the Subway on Anamosa, they said show us your order and that it was paid n we'll make you what you ordered. Mmm thank you so much! Was craving my favorite sub! You guys are awesome!

My recent visit to the Subway on 532 E Anamosa St, Rapid City, SD 57701 left much to be desired. The ambiance was typical for a fast-food establishment, but unfortunately, the service failed to meet even the most basic expectations.Upon entering, we were greeted by an elderly woman with short white and red hair. While it's understandable that age may affect one's speed, the lack of assistance from her coworkers only exacerbated the issue. The atmosphere felt tense, and it was evident that communication among the staff was lacking.Things took a turn for the worse when my boyfriend requested mozzarella on his sandwich. Instead of a polite response, the elderly employee snapped at him, stating they were out of mozzarella. He then opted for another cheese and requested the sandwich to be toasted. Unfortunately, his request was ignored, and the sandwich was handed over untoasted.To add insult to injury, when my boyfriend politely pointed out the oversight, the employee simply replied with a curt "Thank you" and proceeded to wrap up the sandwich. The lack of courtesy and attention to customer requests was disappointing and left us dissatisfied with the overall experience.It's crucial for any restaurant, including fast-food establishments like Subway, to prioritize customer service. A little more training and teamwork among the staff could go a long way in enhancing the dining experience for patrons. Until improvements are made, I would hesitate to recommend this particular Subway location to others.

I ordered double protein and barely got single protein, this has happened numerous times which is costing me $4 every time! Count your days subway, and especially this physical location. P.S. dust and deep clean your dining area!

07/30 @ 5 p.m. Hunter was the rudest employee I have ever come across. First he about gave me burnt bread and when I asked him if he could make it over so it's not burned he scoffed. Then when he didn't add bacon (that I paid for...) I asked him about it and he turned around and stated maybe I should've come in and ordered while he rolled his eyes at me. (I did a mobile order) I understand you don't want to be at work. But at least pretend to care for the sake of the job and customers. I hope the manager sees this review and just gives some thought about talking to hunter as there are plenty of other jobs that don't require customer service that he could apply for, to get someone kinder behind the counter.

Walked in at 9:30 pm, 30 mins before closing. I expected them to be closing up, but only one guy was there and he did it really quick and was nice. Food was very good.

Open sign was off 45 minuets before close and the door was locked as well. If you are gonna be open till 10 then be open till 10. There were other people in there as well.

Service was okay. I am Hard of hearing so I expect workers to speak up, which they did not do here. The newbie working was rude and did not have a clue what she was doing. She also dumped garlic sauce all over the side of my sandwich. The sandwich was very bland everywhere else. Lettuce was very watery and it destroyed my entire sandwich. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone, and definitely won’t be returning if that lettuce doesn’t get dried once washed, and if that newbie was to make my sandwich again.
