While there may be occasional missteps, the staff strives to do their best. Ernest is very pleasant and greets customers with enthusiasm. The food is out very quick, everything hot and fresh. Ernest continues to have great customer service and is polite. The location, situated near an interstate interchange, has a large parking lot. Although the staff was swamped and understaffed, they were able to clear all of their tickets and recover. Justin jumped on and off the line to accommodate the register and kept the burgers moving.
