I have been to many of these over the years and their quality sways dramatically. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The staff were really nice and attentive, the food came out quick, and everything was delicious. I would go back again.
We visited this Chili's Grill & Bar during a trip to Mount Rushmore National Memorial and was looking for somewhere to eat and Chili's was a very welcome option, we arrived quite late but the service and food was still great, would visit again!

Came in with a group of 10 for a late lunch on a Sunday. My old-timer burger was great, as was the overall service for our group. Our waitress was cheerful and friendly. She hustled to meet everyone's needs and preferences. I highly recommend this location but it suffers from the same thing that every busy Chili's does - lots of background noise.
