Well I've did Door Dash for 2 and a half years, the service was always slow. Sometimes the orders would say the order was ready, but it was always a 5 minute wait. But as a customer it's still been the same way, I've always give there customer services time to improve, that hasn't changed.Tonight I was ignored like I wasn't standing their, on top of all of that they always forget about the extra sauce that we have to pay for. This is CHILI’S! I was NOT looking for Chili’s, I was looking for a unique and authentic local wings experience. This is shady and deceiving was to get people to drive to your location and then realize that it’s a chain restaurant and not something unique. 1/10
