Ordered a sprite in drive through, upon tasting it while waiting on food. Found it flat. Told staff when food delivered, was informed “yeah our sprites flat, we can’t change the carbonation”. Went inside, was met with the same attitude from others stating they know it’s flat yet they “can’t fix it”. Meaning they continue to keep serving flat soda. The - who I think was a lead- didn’t seem to even care what was going on. I was told I could just get a different soda....
Waited in line for a fork, people in front paid with cash, cashier handled and tendered cash with gloves on. Asked for forks, cashier then proceeded to use same gloves to pick up forks and then touch all over where I'd put my mouth. That is disgusting. Employees need to be retrained on cross contamination and changing gloves and a fork station needs to be put available to customers next to where the condiments are. Gross! Other than that it was fine I guess.
I have to say this was probably the first time I've ever had a "bad" order from Culvers. Even with a "bad" experience it was still an awesome and delicious burger and fries. I absolutely love Culvers and eat there almost every week if the place we are working has one close. The only issue I had this time was the meat was kinda dry and over cooked but it was still great and I ate every single morsel of food I got. I can honestly say I have never had a order...
