so out of the blue my wife and I are shopping and open up the Scan N Go app and it said it no longer works. It suggests we uninstall and reinstall the app. When we try to do this play store said it no longer works on out "outdated" phones. We have Samsung S5's (released 24 February 2014) and they work great. I called customer service and am told to bad you can go through the regular check if you want to keep shopping at Sam's. SAFEWAY, FAMILY THRIFT and WALMART all load the groceries directly into your trunk. Sam's Club, at least the one here rolls a loaded cart out of their door, leave it by your car then the person goes back inside. You have to get out and load it yourself. Not a super big deal but it is not the same quality service seen with the other three.

Stopped in to buy tires. The clerk tried hard to push a very expensive Michelin tire over a Goodyear tire that had better traction, wear and heat resistance. Then told us he didn't have our size in stock. I insisted on buying the Goodyear tire and made an appointment to have them installed the next day.
