My husband and I visited The Bestro at the end of September. What a surprise?! The restaurant is located inside a lighting shop. It was a very unique atmosphere! I ordered the Pesto Me sandwich... it was one of the BESTro sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was so SOFT! I cannot remember what my husband ordered, but he enjoyed his lunch too! Small town atmosphere with excellent food and wonderful staff! I wanted the turkey club, but they didn't have an option for gluten-free bread, so she made a salad instead, and it was the best salad I had from my entire trip. I wish I had asked for the recipe for their Italian dressing. They also have non-dairy beverage options as well. It was a nice stop for a quick lunch through Rapid City.

The Bestro catered a breakfast for our office recently, everyone RAVED over the food! It was flavorful, absolutely delicious, and the variety is great. Highly recommend! Prices are reasonable, too!
