I adore this place. The service and food are always great with next to zero mistakes I can recall in all of my visits.
The only piece of constructive criticism I’d give is: Please stop filling the drinks so high. 98% I get my drink handed to me it has soda running down the sides. There’s not a single soul that wants to have their cup holders sticky with syrup, or have to prepared to wipe it every time. Otherwise, stellar restaurant with stellar service.

This takes me back to when I grew up in Michigan. I haven't had Culver's in almost 10 years and it didn't disappoint one bit. Wonderful staff and the food was amazing just like I remembered it.

Staff was rather irritated (rightfully so) when 3 cars of people came to the drive thru at 9:53pm-9:57pm. We drove to the furthest Culver's location (your location) from our hotel because you were the only location "open" until 11pm.
At the window I asked the employee what time you close, as they sounded irritated over the speaker and shut the exterior lights off as we were pulling up to the window.
