The website said it would be 35 minutes when I ordered after 45 minutes I called to check on the status of my order and it hadn't even been made yet. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and transferred to 5 different people. My credit card also got charged two times and the manager basically said tough, they are busy and there is nothing they will do about it. This is one of our oldest stores locally. HOWEVER, they have perfecred product and they always have a great attitude :-)
