This is a great location if you are in need of a quick meal. I was very surprised to find out that they had gluten free options. However, when I would place my orders they always had to be sent back due to there being cheese or other issues. This happened 3 times. Otherwise, this is a solid choice for a quick meal.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free options
We were in Rapid City for a vacation. They were close to where we were renting a house. We ate there 3 times while we were there. The food is great and the menu has anything anyone would want. Every employee was super nice. You can't go wrong eating at Winds and Rings!Dietary restrictions: They offer many salads and grilled options for those that can't eat fried foods.

We have been to wings and rings a few times now so I guess it’s time to write a review. The first time I visited this restaurant I ordered some of the appetizers for a meal and they were alright, nothing to brag about. I think if anything the garlic Parmesan fries were pretty delicious.
