This place may not last to long either if they just keep reheating everything. This place failed once at the Clarion location the owner thinks by moving locations he is going to fool people this location will not last long either. Many past reviews said they would rather go to Taco Bell than Borrachos, thats pretty accurate. I also see Emilio having his friends post fake 5 star ratings to make him look better! He is a liar and has very bad character avoid this place at all cost he will tell you he closed the old place because of an expired liqour license, but doing more research it was due to numerous health violations, i am surprised he was allowed to reopen. It will catch up with him again. And Emilio has soldiers trying to make poeple look bad couple of his soldiers are Jennifer Quick Bear in Rapid City who owns a bead company and Brady Riddle who is a project manager at JM&M Construction in Box Elder you should stay clear of both of them they both have the same poor character as Emilio. Looks like Emilio is giving away free food to his friends to get his ratings up thats the only way he can do itl We can tell what the reall and fake ratings are avoid this place at all cost unless you want to end up in Urgent Care for food poisoning.

Service was ok, server seemed annoyed by the fact we were there. Very ghetto ambiance to the place, dirty silverware and hairs in salsa. Food took a hot minute to come out, and my beans and rice no joke had a B O taste. Someone NEEDS to get a inspection for that kitchen. Didn't even get to my car before losing all my food in the grass. I know this seems to bad to be true, but i seriously don't think you could pay me to come back here. Do not eat here. I'm sorry if this seems rude but 20$ for an ok tasting meal that led to me being ill is ridiculous.

Definitely different, it’s in a hotel ( with a separate entrance) our service Mika was fast and the drinks omg!! The best Malibu rum, pineapple with a twist of lime, I had a cheese quesadilla and she noticed I didn’t eat meat and gave me a double side of their delicious rice, husband had the grilled cheese ( with a twist!) he said it was one of the BEST GRILLED CHEESES he has ever had! 5 stars across the board!

Good affordable food. Good margaritas. Nice and social staff. It's in a hotel. if your GPS has you pulling into a hotel, you're in the right place. I think we paid ~$70 with including tip for two entrees and two margaritas. Good value, good time.

How hard is a new restaurant start up??? Not hard When you have the best Colorado Chili Verde around.. Mexican candy shots that are out of this world... and an owner that has a big vision. We went for the tacos right... All you can eat tacos chicken or seasoned beef... outstanding grilled tacos. While the grilled tacos were new and delight. Colorado chili Verde was great! This place is gonna go somewhere....
I ordered the beef brisket nacho, brisket was overcooked and very chewy. Other items were stopped on, not appealing to look at and small portions for the price. I will not be going back.

Literally the best restaurant we have in the area! Service is always amazing, food is always delicious & the atmosphere is great. Would recommend a million times over.
