We call this the "Bonfire" - our take on a traditional smore's without the fire! We start with a chocolate chip cookie and add graham crackers, marshmallows, Hershey's chocolate and then drizzle the whole thing with more chocolate.

Stopped in on our last night after walking the city a bit. Got a variety of cookies and we enjoyed them all. At about $3-$3.50 each, yes, they can be a bit pricey but they are HUGE and you can tell they use premium ingredients and make them with love. A box of 8 cookies weighed a couple pounds, no joke!

I really didn't need all of the sugar, but we were on vacation right? Wonderful cookies. We tried the snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookie with buttercream icing, and more. We went back a second time the next day.
