I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich...cashier advised me that she could make my sandwich without the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers because they were out. Basically she could give me bread with hummus. 🤷🏽♀️ They were out of all the ingredients needed.

Usually pretty good service at the store.But today was not a good one. Very unfortunate, when an employee sells me a brownie when there is flies all over the bakery and still thinks it's okay to sell it. Just google: "What flies can transmit on the food products in a restaurant." I ain't getting any tuberculosis from a $4.00 brownie. Hopefully panera corporate makes it's right.

We stopped by on our way out of town and the employees were really lovely. The service was quick, and the woman in the window (black hair, bangs, and a nose piercing) made sure to confirm our order at the window and gave us a complimentary size upgrade :) this will be our go-to spot in the future
