I haven’t left this place with a sandwich or pizza I didn’t like! Food is great. However not open on weekends? Why not? This place has some odd hours. I’m often driving by on a weekday and notice they are closed. Is this due to no help?

Rapid city needs an adiction support group for this place. I've been there the last 3 days for lunch. Sandwiches are amazing quality, the price you pay for what you get makes subway over priced in contrast.

Day 2 was a bit of a let down. Ordered online and waited 45 minutes before getting my food. It was estimated to take 34 minutes online. The issue was I ordered soup and you are supposed to check in when you get soup. The lady was nice enough to notice...

I can see why this is one of the highest rated restaurants in Rapid City. My hopes weren't high, but this place is a local gem. The pizza was pretty good. Definitely unique and better than any other pizza joint around. Best pizza ever, nah, but definitely best in town.
Now the beer wall! This is what sets Pauly's above the rest. It gives you the chance to try a variety of beer and see what you like before committing to a full pint. Definitely a good selection...
