The staff was excellent and even under staffed. Our party waited patiently and never had an issue with service. Left a big tip and thank you ladies.
I can't comment on atmosphere at the restaurant, because we ordered it for curbside. The biggest bonus was that it was open late, and very close to our hotel. Most places in the area close at 9, and they were open until 11. The guy was still good quality at that time, and they got our large order correct
This establishment need a major renovation. I had to literally clean my shoes in the parking lot with the rain because they were so sticky from the carpet inside. This Perkins is a tourist spot and it makes Rapid City look extremely ghetto.
