The manager was grumpy upon sitting 5 people at a table with 3 chairs and walking away. To having kids Mac n cheese spiced with pepper. Will not be recommending this place to anyone i know.

The server rushed me so much that she tried to take my food away while I was still eating. I was going to order something else to go but she passed by and pushed the check at me while walking away rapidly. Didn't ask me if I needed anything even once. My pancakes tasted like fish....so gross. I didn't eat them. I have been here before and she was great.....and I gave her a big tip.....not today. I never tip zero but once in a while, they don't deserve one, so I didn't leave her one. Sorry, not sorry.

Perkins resembles a food experience that is no longer as in fashion as it once was. Similar to Denny's and Shoney's the decor, cleaning and layout of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The carpet was so filthy our shoes were sticking to it. Normally, I wouldn't have eaten here but we were tired after a long day on the road, and it was attached to our hotel. Our waitress was fantastic! She was attentive and so fun to talk to despite being busy. The food choices were basic but surprisingly well cooked and delicious. And I have to say, quite clean. It wasn't greasy or disgusting. The manager was kind and professional while very outgoing despite long hours. It surprises me to say; I would consider eating here again. WOW!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this Perkins. The first was during COVID and things were not as usual I presumed and service and food quality was lacking. Today there was no excuse. I never even received my food after an hour and a half of waiting. My server Lisa did the best she could. She explained the kitchen was a little backed up so we knew we would have to wait a bit. She repeatedly checked on our meal but it never arrived. The boss is out and two chefs apparently walked out even with the extreme back up and all she could do was apologize. I don’t think I will be trying this Perkins again.

DON’T GO HERE. WE ARRIVED TODAY AT 11am. WE LEFT AT 12:40 AND NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD. THE SERVER, LISA. PUT OUR ORDER IN AT 11:24- SHE SHOWED US TICKET AND THE COOKS “LOST” OUR ORDER. LISA TOLD US THERE IS NO ADULT SUPERVISION AND 2 OUT OF4 COOKS LEFT…
THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE’VE BEEN HERE- THE FIRST TIME WAS IN 2021 AND THEY WERE OUT OF MOST FOOD ITEMS.
