Pieces are to small. Otherwise it pretty good

They constantly are either running out of food which show poor planning or their card machines go down frequently. I ordered a family meal and after I waited for awhile and fulfilled drive through orders before me: they informed me they were out of biscuits. I asked how much longer if I waited for them and they said six minutes. I asked them if they could compensate me for the wait and we settle on two extra biscuits. Then the guy who had brought the biscuits in said something about my mother in Spanish and call me racist in Spanish also. Which made the lady had taken my order laugh and look at me.

Whoever is cooking on this lovely Christmas Eve night deserves a raise! We decided to order Popeyes to our workplace and the chicken was fresh, juicy, hot and delicious ! 10/10 would recommend!

My partner & I decided to dine in at Popeyes for Christmas-Eve since no other place was open & we wanted something quick & yummy. Popeyes was just that! I sincerely don't think I've had such good customer service for fast food in a long time. The lady warmly greeted us when we entered, and gave us a bright smile. I was worried coming in since I was sure they most likely didn't want to be here with it being christmas eve & all, and might not give very good service. However I could tell all the workers seemed happy & were working hard behind her. After my partner & I ordered we were in the process of filling up our soda cup when our number was called. The food was ready before we could both sit down & get situated which was really nice! The food was hot, delicious, crispy, and seasoned well. After we were done & walking out, two other workers wished us a Merry Christmas with bright smiles. This experience definitely changed my thoughts on Popeyes and I appreciate all the great workers there! Thankyou for your great service & for the nice experience you guys gave us.

Im really not used to Smiles, friendly attitudes, and food orders that are ready in under 5 minutes from a Popeye's. I an from Florida, everybody is rude there and the food always takes 20+ minutes, even for 3 tenders. This is by far, the best Popeyes I have ever been to. They get the orders out fast, the chicken is actually chicken and not just breading, and the workers are very nice and smiling. Its not like any other location ive been to. Id give more stars if I could!

Great service, just I AM CRAPING MY BRAINS OUT, THIS IS WORSE THAN TACO BELL!!!! IT IS FULL ON LIQUID. I love Popeyes but this is unacceptable. I did really love the costumer service, i just hate sitting on the pot every five minutes because i need to crap my brains out!!!!

The location on East North St in Roaid City. I ordered Chicken tenders and any other time I would get dipping sauce of choice. Today I asked at the window if I could get Honey Mustard for my tenders. He then charged me for the dipping sauces without even confirming with me if I wanted to pay the price when any other time they came with my tenders. When I asked he said onky if I got the combo, I have never got the combo before. Then I also ordered the garlic cheese bites they tasted like they have been in the warmer n they were soggy n gross. They were not fresh at all.

The people there are rude, the food was terrible and it was just bad all around. They kept saying my card was declining and ended up billing me 3 times because my card infact never declined and then refused to give me my food or a refund because they said I never paid. I showed them my bank statements and they didn’t care, they told me to leave, $60 later and no food. This place is terrible and I hope they go out of business or hire workers who actually care about their job.

The food here was as One would expect from Popeyes, always tasty and fresh. What set this store apart from all the others is the work of a manager named Randy who went out of his way to be nice to us. We had driven for seven hours plus, all the way in from Colorado Springs and when we got to our hotel, we realize we were starving so I drove over to the Popeyes here in Rapid City and Randy went out of his way to be nice to us. Cannot compliment him enough For that.
