Horrid bolognese. It was as if someone described Italian food and then they just vibed it from there.
Disappointing... food was comparable to olive garden.. service was below standard... very dismissive.. oh your tables over there... took forever to get just drinks.. food came out one plate at a time (table of 9)..
Our daughter chose this restaurant for her 13th birthday dinner (made comment in notes on booking) no mention of it by staff...
Staff all walked around like they did not want to be there..
Suggest going somewhere else not worth the money or time
Service was poor, server was ditzy, way too much perfume, screwed all 4 orders up. Food, Lasagne was a very very small piece and not thick. Fettuccini primavera no flavor, not enough sauce & NO VEGGIES. Lobster ravioli was bland, no lobster pieces and 2 pieces of shrimp, and no basil had maybe 6 pieces. Our friend returned the fettuccini and they made her a Maharita Pizza which she said the cheese was good but crust and sauce was obviously not homemade, and no basil either. We were told it was training day. So we should have had 1/2 price food for being guinea pigs. We will not be eating there again.
The quality of food for the prices was on the high side. The person who seated us and ended up being our server (well dressed gentleman with dark trimmed beard) seemed preoccupied and tossed our menus on the table and subsequently ignored us. We were early in the evening and it wasn't busy. Because the service was so bad the evening was not enjoyable. We will never go back and would not recommend them.
In Rapid City at the end of a fly drive trip from the UK. Saw the restaurant and booked a table. We were not disappointed, delicious food, great staff and a peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend.
Had the spaghetti Bolognese and the burrata neither were good. The Bolognese was loaded with meat sauce but the sauce was mainly just meat so it tasted like spaghetti and ground hamburger. The burrata was flavorless. Would not go back.

Food was excellent… we had calamari, beet salad, and lobster ravioli, all fantastic. Service was lovely too… we came in near the end of the night on a Friday, and no one would have known it. We were treated like the first patrons of the day! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

We had the burrata appetizer, the house salad, and the lasagna, and every single dish was exceptional. You can truly taste that everything is handcrafted and made with care. The burrata was fresh and delicious, the lasagna was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and even the salad was incredibly fresh which says a lot because I’m very picky about salads!
The quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and the authentic Italian flavors made this one of the best meals we’ve had on our road trip. If you’re in Rapid City, don’t miss Sabatino’s.

We were right in front of the windows but they forgot about us twice. Servers continued to converse with other diners but we waited for over half an hour after eating to get our check. We were going to have dessert but couldn’t flag anyone down. First they forgot to come back for our order then forgot to bring us our bill. Not a great experience.

We were there on a Thursday night, it was not busy and they were out of 2 dishes we ordered. The lasagna and chicken parm were out so I ordered the fettuccine and it was alright. There are definitely better italian places to eat at.
Can't comment on the food quality because we left before we could even finish our order! The server (redhead with a scruffy beard) was so rude and short with us, we decided it wasn't worth sticking around.
The four of us went down the street to Murphy's and had an excellent dinner with an excellent server. Spent $300 + 30% tip and worth every penny.

While our experience was only through pickup and not dine in.. honestly the food wasn't anything to write home about. It was upscale pricing that didn't quite match up to the flavor.
Great service, fantastic food, perfectly sized portions, and truly delicious cannolis. We'd highly recommend this restaurant.
