Is now called Sear. They have a simple menu but its good food and enough variety to find something youll like. Service was above average - exceeded expectations. Will try again soon and see if they are holding up this standard

The place is Sears, a locally sourced restaurant. Newly opened. I had salad with Jalapeno Ranch dressing, sirloin steak, loaded baked potato. Well seasoned good steak. I will return!

Service has been good all three times, however the food is very inconsistent. The first time we went was amazing the other two times was ok, I feel like it's very hit or miss. I would recommend retraining the cooking staff so that they are consistent across the board. Staff is always personable and friendly, great service.
