“This is our favorite Starbucks location. They do a really good job at making consistent drinks. Their coffee always tastes smooth never tastes burnt. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and seem to be consistent. The parking can be a little tough at this location especially during rush hour so be prepared for an issue there. We always do the drive-thru and even though the line is long sometimes you can get through it pretty quick. The staff always seems friendly and happy to be at work. Unlike some locations they seem to always have plenty of people on staff.

“Angel at this location is AN ACTUAL ANGEL. We flew into Rapid City from Denver, Colorado on the 20th to film a documentary for Tanka Fund and one of our primary interviews was scheduled to take place today in the grand lobby of the Alex Johnson Hotel. There was a music feed that was interfering with our audio equipment and Angel handled it like a pro. She was quickly and thoroughly able to help us and she did so while simultaneously fulfilling her responsibilities as a barista. We seriously could not have done this important project without her and we are beyond thankful for her diligence. FIVE STARS FOR ANGEL.“
“In the current times, it’s really hard for me to find somewhere that consistently treats me like a human being. Coming to this Starbucks is literally the best part of my day because they really do treat you like a person every single time. I will drive here from across town because they are so amazingly kind and thoughtful and I hope that they get treated the same in return.❤️“

“Mostly, I enjoy getting a cup of coffee? It was decent. Maybe not the blazing hot level Starbucks typically has but probably hot enough? It was nice to have a cup while my wife was getting groceries. The barista here on this visit was busy. She didn't have much time to be very talkative.“

“Staff was nice enough but a little bit cold. Took forever for me to get one iced beverage. Usually Starbucks employees are much friendlier and faster. But I was happy to find a Starbucks that was in town so I could stock app on a few things for my camping trip and get a tasty beverage.“
