Subway in Rapid City

“Today there were 2 people that I greatly appreciated at this location. Unfortunately one of my sandwiches was made COMPLETELY wrong. When I started my lunch break at work is when I noticed. The main girl there after Alex left for the day remade my sandwich with no problems and personally made sure it was made properly. It was delicious and I greatly appreciate her doing that. She was so friendly and a great employee...i can't remember her name and I apologize for that so I hope she knows who she is. She wasn't rude or snarky about making it right. I will be back very soon. Thank you for the outstanding service today“

“Subway is Subway. But, the employees actually make the difference, here. Very friendly and personable. Actually interested in doing a good job. The young guy is the same, because the older guy is providing the example.

“What awesome service, I forgot my wallet so i called the store. She called back and took my order over the phone.I was able to pick up my order just before closing.. She was kind .. sorry for coming in a little late before closing but you treated us amazingly.“

“It’s been a long while since I have been to a subway, and I don’t normally write reviews for fast food but the service here was exceptional. The lady who helped me was named Genny, and she deserves a raise. She was so kind, helpful and personable, I felt like she had been a friend for years. She went over the menu with me and even asked me specifically if I wanted the entire sandwich toasted or just the bacon, which was a really nice choice to have. The service here, at least with Genny, was impeccable. If I come back to a subway in rapid city, it will definitely be this one!“

“I was strangely craving some subway and this one was on my errand route. The staff was super friendly and made a fantastic wrap for me. The sure machine was missing a lot of flavors for some reason but the staff did warn me about it when ordering. I would go back to this location.“

“The nicest subway I’ve ever walked into.The two ladies who greeted me were so sweet they made my sandwich. And they didn’t throw everything up onto the sandwich and make it look sloppy. (normally that’s how I end up with my subway sandwich ) She made it with passion and love. These two girls deserve a raise. By the way, I ordered a foot-long with Italian bread, with ham and lots of shredded cheese toasted. And for the rings for the top, I chose spinach, cucumbers, and tomatoes, with honey mustard and ranch. And i’ll be back.“

“Well, I suppose my sub was a wrap, but it was delicious. Yum. Southwest steak and cheese wrap. A bit large for me, but I did finish. Wraps tend to be equal to footlong with slightly less bread so it makes for a big meal. Loved mine with a cup of brocholli cheese soup. My wife enjoyed her Italian cold cut with chips as well.“
