Subway in Rapid City

“The girl who made our sandwiches, made them quite perfectly tonight! They were absolutely delicious! My boyfriend didn’t catch her name but It was around 7:30 I get the home run and my boyfriend gets the titan turkey with basically everything on it and she actually pushed the ingredients into the sandwich the way it’s supposed to be. They normally barely push anything in and you have half a sandwich with all your meat and half with all veggies and you have to switch it around yourself if you want the two together. It’s been a while since we’ve had our sandwiches actually taste that good!“

“Subway is Subway. But, the employees actually make the difference, here. Very friendly and personable. Actually interested in doing a good job. The young guy is the same, because the older guy is providing the example.

“What awesome service, I forgot my wallet so i called the store. She called back and took my order over the phone.I was able to pick up my order just before closing.. She was kind .. sorry for coming in a little late before closing but you treated us amazingly.“

“I didn’t actually eat anything from here, just came for a drink. There was the bitchiest doordasher I’ve ever came across absolutely berating the ONLY employee working. It was only her 3rd day, there is no reason she should’ve been alone especially on a weekend. Having worked fast food this cashier/employee (hell she was doing it all), absolutely needed help and that wasn’t provided to her. Props to her for being fantastic and staying calm and handling the woman who was extremely upset.“

“Just a traveler passing through on the way to the west coast. Saw this place had 3/5 stars, but I was really craving a tuna sub so I ordered anyway. When I unwrapped my sub I was instantly impressed by the build quality of the sandwich. Clearly genuine effort and care went into making it. Was like it came straight out of a commercial. It stood out to me because the usual quality back on the east coast is nowhere near as good. Happy to leave this vet-operated store a good review.“

“Well, I suppose my sub was a wrap, but it was delicious. Yum. Southwest steak and cheese wrap. A bit large for me, but I did finish. Wraps tend to be equal to footlong with slightly less bread so it makes for a big meal. Loved mine with a cup of brocholli cheese soup. My wife enjoyed her Italian cold cut with chips as well.“
