The manager sherry is an absolute sweetheart. She goes above and beyond for every customer that walks through the door. She really makes it feel like a local sub shop and not just another subway.

I was strangely craving some subway and this one was on my errand route. The staff was super friendly and made a fantastic wrap for me. The sure machine was missing a lot of flavors for some reason but the staff did warn me about it when ordering. I would go back to this location.

I have been to this specific location twice in the past 6 months (one in-store, one drive thru). Both times my bread was rock solid and stale. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on my single sandwich just to get home and have rock solid bread and missing toppings. Staff seems nice but under trained.

Have been here several times over a 6 month period. It has not gotten better. The staff seem under trained and unprepared. Most of the time when you go in the staff make you feel as though you are bugging them. Asked for a protein bowl and a no bready bowl didn’t know what I was talking about and just said they were going to do a salad. Then proceeded to not fill the bowl. Had to ask several times to have more veggies. Asked for spinach and he literally gave me 3 leaves. Even DoorDash from here has gotten messed up, between the chicken, bread, and little to no toppings. Went to get a fountain drink and they were out of every soda and they didn’t even tell us before already buying it. We have already started to DoorDash from the other Subways and will start driving the little extra ways as well as it seems this one is not changing anytime soon. Otherwise everything is fresh.

This subway is horrible every time we come here. The staff uses the bare minimum of vegetables when requested and seems annoyed when you request more vegetables. This time the fountain drink machine was down and no one told us until after we got our drinks. I will not be returning to this subway location anymore.

Hi I came into today and ordered a turkey sandwich , I had turkey ,provolone ,.cucumber , tomato ,.lettuce , with mayo and sweet onion jrelish..
I don't know what was wrong with it specifically and had to double check with another person that it wasn't just my taste buds , this sandwich was inedible , I can't even place what was wrong with it , it tasted moldy is the only thing I can put it down to, I took one bite and almost threw up , my partner also said the same thing and flat spat it out . It was super gross .
I will update this.tomorrow if we end up with food poisoning. Ugh

Leaving this review for Octavia!!
I don’t normally dine out but We had to grab Subway 3 days in a row due to my husband and I purchasing a home/focusing on move. We were exhausted day 1 of moving and stopped by at Subway to grab food and Octavia welcomed us and cheered us up with her friendly bubbly self! You made our day that day, second day we didnt get to see her unfortunately but our food was still amazing! Third day we were promptly greeted by Octavia as soon as she spotted us during a busy lunch, it made me smile!! Thank you for the awesome service girl, young girls like you will go far in life, great attitude you got there! Keep it up! See you around! —Laly & Mag

I worked a 13 hour shift and didn't want to make dinner. I stopped at this subway and was extremely impressed with Zachs customer service. Not only was I coming in 30 min before closing, I was ordering food for my whole family (4 sandwiches). He was SO KIND and professional. They were out of a couple things (as expected so close to closing) and he offered to prep some more for me which I declined of course. The whole experience was one of the best I have had in a fast food setting. And the food was delicious!

Absolutely terrible experience, waited over 20 mins in the drive thru and all of our sandwiches were wrong. Also the guy working was swearing when asking what else we needed when it was right there on the screen. What was put on the sandwiches let’s just say it was all bread basically. These guys really need to figure something out.
