The staff were very friendly, my sandwich was made exactly as asked, and the wait was roughly 15 min since I was 4th in line. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I have had.

so many flies!!! all the veggies and protein uncovered, and the employees just let them sit on their product. the sandwich makers were very slow, a lot of people were piling up inside, and they made no effort to be friendly or even make eye contact. will not be going here again.

We placed our order of 2 sandwiches in the drive through with only one customer inside and no one behind us. We waited to pay for 25 minutes and waited for our subs but no one came. We finally went inside and they had just started working on the sub, the man explained that one of the workers was off not doing his job and that’s why it took so long. It’s unacceptable to sit at a drive through minutes for over 20 minutes and not even get told that they are working on the subs and have to end up going inside. Food is always great- service could use some work.

New staff is severely undertrained. whoever is in charge of training needs to step up and do better. the staff was trying but they didn't have the tools to deal with some issues. As in, machine ran out of printer paper so didn't show the extras on a sandwich that was ordered in the Drive-Thru. also the cold side of the make line is frozen, should not be freezing the vegetables in the bin. Went back thinking just have them remake my sandwich but after I saw the make line I decided against that and opted for a refund.

Super slow service with multiple employees. Should be faster for a Saturday dinner service so close to the Waterpark in mid summer. Management take note.

Food was delicious, the guys were busy, but still friendly and competent and made good recommendations. My sandwich was amazing! Tried the steak sub with the new cheddar sauce-yum! Cookies were fresh baked and nice and chewy. Loved it!

Ordered drive thru, paid extra for additional meat that they didnt add, waited 30 min, and they didnt toast it (i selected tht as well). I have had bad & slow service here before, but this was the worst. Go to jersey mikes or jimmy johns instead.

Practically no steak on my Philly! Slowest service ever, took almost half an hour with only one person in front of us. If you were in a wheelchair there is no way you could make it to the bathroom, there are display racks and online order racks blocking the hallway. Very disappointed.

Just a traveler passing through on the way to the west coast. Saw this place had 3/5 stars, but I was really craving a tuna sub so I ordered anyway. When I unwrapped my sub I was instantly impressed by the build quality of the sandwich. Clearly genuine effort and care went into making it. Was like it came straight out of a commercial. It stood out to me because the usual quality back on the east coast is nowhere near as good. Happy to leave this vet-operated store a good review.

Went through the drive thru spent 40 minutes in line. Staff walked past the window 4 times didn't even acknowledge that there was a car at the drive thru. One girl even came to the till by the drive thru window then left. Why have a drive thru if you aren't going to acknowledge the orders coming through it.

THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The manger told me she was off the clock. Got a window shut in my face. I was told the DRIVE thru window wasn’t for drive thru and it gets hot in there. That’s why they have it, to be open. Told me she would check the cameras to make sure I wasn’t lying. Told me she was going to call “Tim” first to make sure he knew the “real” story. All the while, she was sitting at home on her couch. Want to know how I know that? She told me, “I’m not even working. I’m off the clock!”- hung up on me.
