Unfortunately I had to change my review from 5 to 1 Star. After yelling at my son that the chips I ordered were in the bag, which was stapled shut, I found that the wrong chips were given when he arrived at home with our order. When I called to request a credit for a bag of chips, as we were not able to drive back to exchange I was told no, they do not credit accounts. No apology, no offer to make things right. It was as if I had inconvenienced them just by calling. I did not raise my voice and spoke to them with respect. I am so disappointed that as a customer of them for so many years I was treated so poorly. Please do better, all it takes is some accountability for the mistake and a genuine apology to make customers feel valued.

I would not even give a 1 star rating, VERY RUDE!!! Rushed all of us through like we were an inconvenience. Very little patience with all customers that went through while we sat here eating. Will never be back to this location again!

The guy working / running this Subway is a jerk. Thought he may of been having a bad day until I read reviews. Sounds like he's always like this. My 14 year old daughter was scared to tell him what she wanted on her sandwich because she thought he would snap at her. Can't imagine running a business and treating people like this.

Very slow only white bread
Placed an online order at 6:15 was quoted a 6:55 arrival time of the order.Called at 7:26 an inquired about my order an was told it had been picked up.Was also told to wait alil longer by the rude lady who answered the phone.Then asked about who picked my order up an she said she dont know and dont care it not her business who picks up orders.Was told i had to call the company if i wanted a refund.Definitely wont be ordering online from here in the future.The lady seemed like i was a bother when i called.

Husband and wife owners seem to hate waiting on the public. They don’t open on time and if you arrive in the last hour of the day, you are treated as if you were bothering them. Even my grandkids commented on the grouchy guy behind the counter, and ask not to go there anymore. I can only assume this is also reflective of the quality of the product. These people should find another business that doesn’t require them to deal with customers.

I do not recommend this Subway at all! Although, I placed my order online and went to the store and picked it up the service was absolutely horrible! Although, SD suppose to be a freedom state and I’ve served my country and to be treated the way I was because of the color of my skin. This Subway will never get my business again!

This subway is almost impressively bad, like it is easily the worst sub way I’ve ever been to. Sometimes it almost feels like you’re being pranked because of how rude and slow the employees are. It’s gotten considerably worse within the last six months too. I’d just fire your entire staff and start fresh at this point.I’d also recommend just getting the subway app and finding the latest buy-one get-one footlong code so then you can just go in, grab your food and never deal with the incompetent staff.

Very very rude customer service from two ladies that work night shift at least. Got off work, we stopped at store to get something to eat. From start to finish, worker's are completely disrespectful and make me actually distressed. Made me even yell which I don't like doing, especially with my mental disorder. Will never eat here again, would rather buy junk food then deal with these pessimistic worker's. Spend your money elsewhere I think. SMH
Awful experience. Every. Single. Time. But tonight was especially bad. The gal working was rude, didn't speak, and seemed extremely annoyed we were there. Do not go to this Subway! The lack of customer service is will ruin your day!

Everything here is priced at least 20% higher than a normal Subway.
Second time I have been here and won't be back. Staff has been rude both times, vegetables both times look awful. Don't waste your money.
