I didn't realize they stopped selling Quesaritos a while back, but one of the employees made me one for free anyway, just so I could enjoy it one more time. RIP Quesaritos

Worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered dine-in, a decent amount of food including the cinnamon twists separately. When our order arrived, they were not on the tray. We politely asked for them, and the woman at the counter with teal hair rudely said they were in the luxe box, which was incorrect; they were not in the box. How hard is it to just get fair service anymore.

These people don't understand simple English apparently, I asked for extra cheese and never get it even though I paid for it, they are just lazy they need to renew their people cause the ones they have don't wanna do their job.

I've eaten at a majority of the Taco Bells this state has to offer. This one has always been consistent. The only time my order did not go as planned is once they were out of baja blast which is understandable. Always friendly and order is always top quality Taco Bell and out in very timely manner. Today I asked if they stick had the 90s luxe craving box and they did not carry it anymore. The person working thr drive thru suggested the other luxe craving box and how it was similar. As a Taco Bell lover I appreciated that.

I absolutely love the night crew at the Endeavor Blvd Taco Bell. After getting off work late and needing a quick bite I can always count on them for hot, delicious food and they are so welcoming and friendly. And they never forget napkins!!! I wish there were more employees like these! Thank you! You are doing a great job!

I always feel so bad bringing up issues about my food orders because I know people are underpaid and overworked(especially on these night shifts.) But the person I talked to was so rude when I asked for the guacamole I paid for. I even apologized when asking. They passive aggressively told me I needed to pay for it—I guess expecting me to be in the wrong. I told them I did, and they asked to see the receipt (understandable, but I think asking for the receipt first would have been better for both of us.)
Overall, really unpleasant. I’ve always loved this place because the employees have been so nice in the past. I hope they had a better rest of their night.

We always have a great time here but tonight was an unfortunate experience. I always order a hard shell taco with slow roasted chicken and no cheese. In the drive through, I told them that’s what I wanted, and the girl on the headset said that was a cantina, which I had never heard before, but I went with it, because I trusted her. I received a taco with only chicken, so I went through again asking for some lettuce. The woman at the window told me that’s what I ordered. She was oddly aggressive about the whole thing. They also forgot my sisters guacamole, and she was rude about that too. When we asked for guacamole, she said we had to pay, which we had. She told me I ordered my taco wrong, when I had initially attempted to order it how I wanted it, but was told I was ordering something else. We tried to be polite, but it was passive aggressive right off the bat, the whole thing was just strange. As someone who works in customer service, it gets hard sometimes when people make odd orders, but I wish they had been a little more understanding. I’m just a lactose intolerant guy who wants chicken and lettuce.
