I will NEVER go back to tropical smoothie on Omaha street in rapid city Sd again. Stood there for 10 minutes no one else in the store and not one person came to take my order. Then I asked if anyone was gonna take my order and they look at me like I’m crazy. Worst customer service Ever!! If you don’t want to work there then don’t. You just lost a customer and I will be blasting this all over.

Knowing that most smoothie shops are one quarter ingredient and three quarters ice, my order was two smoothies in one carafe with no ice but water to aid in blending. It WAS an extravagant treat, but very, very rich. Almost as good as I make at home. I don't remember the names but blueberries and spinach were my happy space.

I've been here twice over the last two days, and both times they were very fast at getting my order out. The employees seem friendly but i wouldn't say they go above and beyond to serve, more so just get the job done quick typw of people (which isn't bad). I got some sort of Kiwi Smoothy and their Acai Bowl and both were great!

Went to this store today for summer smoothie kick off and was told “crocs aren’t sandals” and we couldn’t receive the free smoothie. My boys don’t wear flip flops or sandals, they don’t like them. So safe to say, they lost a family of customers today.
Good food and great smoothies. Small shop but their food and service are good. Definitely a go to spot for a nice lite bite to eat and a good smoothie.

I usually DoorDash these guys because they are the most healthy, filling and satisfying food experience at my work. This is a good place to go and get. Healthy alternative to some fast food. They even have an app that you can earn points and gets lots of freebies. I am more than willing to pay the price they ask for this kind of standard of food. The place itself is super chic with a beach vibe. Definitely a great place to go if you can't decide on what to eat!

I ordered curbside for a reason tonight! Not only did I sit and wait in the parking lot for 20 extra minutes waiting. I see a girl closing up shop so I get out and say where's my curbside order. We don't have any order the girl mopping the floor said. I showed her my online order and this other girl comes walking with my order. I said this was curbside and I tipped you for what to not bring me my food? I also didn't get the extra meat and bacon on my husband's sandwich. Not recommended curbside this is twice now! Lazy kids! 10/2/2022 my order was supposed to be ready at 7:35 got it at 8 pm! Now we're eat a cold sandwich. Yuck!
