I drove through the drive through and their customer service was great. I always have this problem where I start the order and then I change my mind and my wife says I always make things so confusing for people to understand. But the guy on the other side of the order window was very patient and understanding.

The food was delicious as always and I just always can go for Wendy's.

To be fair the staff is incompetent at their jobs but they aren't to blame the food was just thrown together and thrown on my plate for a dine in order ... I've worked at Wendys before and it seems the staff needs way more training at what they do sadly I'll probably never dine in again. The Wendy's on E North St are typically pretty great with customer service and effectiveness with serving food reasonably quick. I love the options of big bags and they always make my food correct whenever I ask to hold off on certain things on sammiches, or they accommodate accordingly when asking for specifics on your order
