we went to Wendys on N. Haines ave in rapid city sd today. It was an awful experience. Employees extremely rude, refused to give us our receipt, her name and everything we ordered and paid for. call the corporate office and registered a complaint. Recieved a phone message back saying Cindy this is. then they hung up. was told we'd be receiving a call from the general manager or some one above them. Hasn't happened at least not yet.
