“Famous Dave’s has really gone down hill! Tonight was the last straw for us! Our food was horrible, hardly any meat on our ribs, mostly fat! They were out of broccoli & they forgot out appetiser! ! They haven’t done one bit of updating in this restaurant for 25 years! At the end, we paid our bill but never even got to look at our bill! Not going back!“

“We had an amazing experience with Joe John as our waiter, I can’t say enough good things. We had a long wait after our reservation was “ready,” and he was so accommodating to help our group with ordering, keeping kids happy and fed, refills, making sure our tickets were correct with coupons, and was so amazingly pleasant and friendly. If every server was like him, I would go out to eat more often. He deserves a raise and a management position. All thumbs up for Joe John!“

“If you’ve been considering going, but haven’t yet… I’ll save you some time. GO THERE NOW. Right now. My mom and I are from Texas. I moved her 6 years ago and she moved here 2 years ago. We have yet to find any place in the Midwest with authentic BBQ that tastes like home (Texas). UNTIL TODAY. Tina (the owner) was amazing to speak with and we told her how much we loved the food, service and hospitality. It’s definitely my favorite spot! The ribs and brisket are TO DIE FOR. I love the chicken fried streak too!“

“Great food! I got carried away and ordered the hatch chili burrito (came with chips and queso), the loaded hash with pulled pork, and the flamin hot street corn. All absolutely delicious! Easily 3 filling meals. Great atmosphere.“
