Boss' Pizza & Chicken SF West

Would give it a 0 if I could. The workers were totally non caring and seemed on drugs. When I called the manager to report the incident, he said he would take care of it. You may go back me as much followed up or sent what he said he would. Avoid, if you can definitely not the quality it used to be

Don't order on line. A delivery time was set. Called after it had not arrived an hour later and told it will be next on list. Never arrived. Called next day for resolution and was told will have to speak to GM to resolve charge, no call hack. Three days later called again no asking for reslution told again we will get back to you. Still waiting . Crooks!!!

We ordered delivery and they took over an hour and we paid for a combo and didn't get any chicken! When I tried calling to let know, someone would answer and just immediately hang up.

Ordered from DoorDash and said it would get here at 3 and it’s been 1 hour past the time it was supposed to be delivered

Ordered through DoorDash. Called when it was late and they said it was walking right out the door. Eventually they call me and said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said it was already way past due time and he said just for future reference we take 45 mins to an hour. But, then don’t use apps for ordering that say something else. We will see if the refund comes through that the caller said he was issuing.

Left my pizza on the counter. Watched the person working pick at it with their bare hands trying to get it onto the peel. One small nudge may not be bad but they stood over it picking at it for a while. When I opened the box two pieces of the pizza were broken and completely detached. Ripped apart. They hadn't washed their hands in between working at the register and touching the pizza. I don't understand why they wouldn't use a clean utensil or put on gloves.

tired of getting not what I ordered, decent food but inability to make a pizza with toppings ordered is bizarre

We love Boss’s pizza and order quite regularly from the Sioux Falls West location. That’s why I’m disappointed with my experience today. We ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 lg pizza using the online app. They accidentally made both pizzas a medium. My husband picked up the pizzas, so he didn’t know what sizes were ordered. I noticed the mistake once he got home and called the store. They said all they could do for me was make me a large and have me drive back to pick it up. They also told me I had to return the medium one that they made by mistake. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but frustrated that there was no apology or compensation for having to make another trip to the store.

This place sent us an app to receive a 50 percent off our first order , after downloading the app they will not honor the agreement? Stephanie the manager tells me that 5 other people have called in there order and they will not accept the 50 percent off either and was extremely rude . Do not download the app ( Stephanie says ) . Never again on this place

I ordered through door dash that couldn't get a dasher before they closed I called and explained my issue with door dash they gentleman I spoke with said he'd see what he could do then we got disconnected still wasn't getting anywhere with door dash the shop is now closed and suddenly there was a knock at my door the gentleman I spoke with took it upon himself to bring me my food I assume on his way home it was hot and delicious thank you for going above and beyond my family was grateful

Walked in ordered food and was told 25 minutes for two sandwiches and some fries, hour sitting here and nothing yet, had to use the restroom which had to walk through the kitchen and if you wanted the most unsanitary kitchen this one with bread dough in black garbage bags and flies on it! This is not the Boss's pizza we were told about! Really unprofessional with one talking about his sister being the general manager and out of the group Juan seemed the most qualied! This wrecked our evening in Sioux Falls! This store needs to be managed better and I'm surprised it passes any state inspections!

Really enjoyed our family's first outing to Boss's Pizza and Chicken in West Sioux Falls. The lady working the counter was a hoot. We each ordered a different pizza and then tried each other's selections. I, especially, was tickled to see sauerkraut as a topping on a featured pizza - and it tasted wonderful. Added such a piquancy to this epicurean adventure. My husband and daughter really enjoyed their selections as well. We'll definitely be back the next time it's pizza night. And we're so grateful for the way this local business supports the Sioux Falls Canaries!! GO BIRDS!
