I placed a late night order for delivery and never received my food! I tracked it from the moment it was placed and the status never changed! For 2 hours I watched it and when I did a last refresh it said it was delivered! No one would answer the phone and when requested a refund through their website website they stopped responding! I am out over $60 because of this!

I had family over a couple of months ago. The online order ETA was 75 minutes. We called the store as we were approaching 3 hours. They assured us the driver was out and he'd have the food to us shortly. Still nothing. By this point, frustrated and hungry, we gave up and asked for our money back. The person that answered said they'd cancel it and get us a refund. Days later, no refund, so we called the store and were told that the online order doesn't allow for card refunds and they would give us gift certificates in the amount we paid. Flash forward to today. I called in an order and said I had gift certificates that I could not use online. Go inside to pick up and pay for my order. I should have received $10 back and they said they can't give change on a gift card. I said that we have had horrible customer service. The manager argued and said it was not bad customer service it's just their policy. Well ripping off customers is horrible customer service and a bad policy. After two bad experiences in a row...it's safe to say they will never get our business again.

We had ordered pizzas and bread. The order went through fine saying it’d be delivered in 45 minutes, only to get a call 30 minutes later saying we ordered to a store in a completely different state. We called the same number back to figure out what happened and it was the Sioux Falls shop not an out of state one, saying they were closed. Even though they were open for another hour according to their hours online. They made up a crazy excuse that we ordered to the wrong store to not have to deliver to us. Definitely don’t recommend. The guy that took our initial order also sounded high as hell. A bunch of guys not wanting to do their job. Highly DON’T recommend.

Would give it a 0 if I could. The workers were totally non caring and seemed on drugs. When I called the manager to report the incident, he said he would take care of it. You may go back me as much followed up or sent what he said he would. Avoid, if you can definitely not the quality it used to be

Don't order on line. A delivery time was set. Called after it had not arrived an hour later and told it will be next on list. Never arrived. Called next day for resolution and was told will have to speak to GM to resolve charge, no call hack. Three days later called again no asking for reslution told again we will get back to you. Still waiting . Crooks!!!

We ordered delivery and they took over an hour and we paid for a combo and didn't get any chicken! When I tried calling to let know, someone would answer and just immediately hang up.

Ordered through DoorDash. Called when it was late and they said it was walking right out the door. Eventually they call me and said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said it was already way past due time and he said just for future reference we take 45 mins to an hour. But, then don’t use apps for ordering that say something else. We will see if the refund comes through that the caller said he was issuing.

Left my pizza on the counter. Watched the person working pick at it with their bare hands trying to get it onto the peel. One small nudge may not be bad but they stood over it picking at it for a while. When I opened the box two pieces of the pizza were broken and completely detached. Ripped apart. They hadn't washed their hands in between working at the register and touching the pizza. I don't understand why they wouldn't use a clean utensil or put on gloves.
